This stone-built former silkworm farm adjoining the owner’s residence has been completely renovated. The accommodation has two separate areas linked by an interior courtyard with a covered patio where you can dine al fresco or have a BBQ. Feel free to relax in the spacious 2.5 acre flower garden or cool down in the small pool (shared with a discreet owner). The main studio apartment is a beautiful air-conditioned room with stone vaults comprising a lounge area with TV and a sleeping area with either a180-cm or two 90-cm beds (on request). Separate shower-bathroom and WC. Via the wetroom, access to the fully-equipped dining-kitchen. Private access to the courtyard. Another studio apartment suitable for the disabled is available across the courtyard. That comprises a fully-equipped dining kitchenette with TV and sofa bed for 2 guests. The bathroom has a shower suitable for use by the disabled and a WC. Towels are supplied. Sheets for rental. Private parking space. On request, a loose box is available for your horses.
